Laura Lee Anthony, President
Commitment, Passion, Spirit… Laura Lee Anthony brings them all into play as the President of Troop Real Estate. A vibrant force within the organization, she performs her duties with a tireless drive and steadfast conviction that have become indelibly linked as her signature trademark.
By the age of 25 Laura Lee had purchased a real estate company. After doubling the size of her company and selling her share to her partner, Laura Lee discovered that she also found a deep satisfaction in helping mediate problems to a successful resolution. Even though she was fully vested in a career, she returned to college, received her Master’s Degree in Mediation and Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, and started a company that specialized in real estate mediation.
Her ability to increase an office’s productivity was impressive. Brian Troop and Laura Lee sat down and began to exchange ideas in the year of 2003. Within a week of that meeting Laura Lee joined Troop Real Estate, Inc. as the General Manager, and is now President of Troop Real Estate.
With as much time as Laura Lee spends between Troop Real Estate’s many offices across Southland, she still manages to stay in touch with her love of literature, art, education and the powerful beauty of the ocean at Big Sur. Because, as she will be the first to tell you, “It’s about the quality of life – having the dream and enjoying the journey.”
Karin Perry, Relocation Director
Karin started her career with Troop Real Estate in 1991 as the receptionist in the Simi Valley branch. Being the “people person” that she is, she embraced the job with enthusiasm and was asked to take on the position of Relocation Director in 2006.
Troop Realtors and Broker Associates place their relocating clients in Karin’s capable hands. She uses Troop Real Estate’s world-renowned professional relocation network, “Leading Real Estate Companies of The World,” and other relocation companies Troop is partnered with to ensure relocating buyers and sellers receive the highest level of service.
Karin carefully interviews Realtors and Broker Associates in the cities clients are moving to or selling in. She then works with Relocation Directors at the assigned company to match the client’s needs and wants with the credentials and specialties of the chosen local real estate professional. Her attention to detail is critical in her position, and a solid track record of happy clients is the result of Karin’s diligent follow through with every referral.
Karin enjoys working with Troop Real Estate professionals, as well as all of the associates she meets through the relocation network. She values the relationships she has built with them through the years.
Karin and her husband enjoy spending quality time with their six children and eight grandchildren.
