George Q. Morris, Founder and CEO of CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group, is a dynamic, purpose-driven leader with over two decades of experience in real estate. His leadership skills range from creating and managing small real estate sales teams to owning and expanding large, multi-office residential real estate brokerages with additional property management, commercial brokerage, relocation and corporate services.

Mr. Morris and his talented leadership team successfully launched CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group at a time when many brokerages were closing their doors. Within six short years Everest has grown to nearly 500 agents, annually closing thousands of transactions across the state of Utah. The Cottonwood Heights office of CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group holds the distinction of the #1 producing CENTURY 21 office in the world for units sold and commissions earned for 2014-2017, and #1 in the USA for the same criteria for 2013-2017. In Utah, along the Wasatch Front, the office ranks #1 for units sold and total sales volume across all brands and independent offices for 2013-2015. As a company, CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group ranks in the top five of all CENTURY 21 affiliates nationally, with three of its individual offices landing in the top 100. The Salt Lake Board of Realtors named George Morris the 2015 Managing Broker of the Year. George established the CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group Community Foundation and is actively involved in numerous charitable causes. Fully invested in inspiring future generations, he volunteers his time coaching and speaking to teens and has devoted decades of service as a leader of various youth organizations. George and his wife Jennifer have been married for 23 years and have five children.

John R. Ciet, Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group is a respected leader in real estate. With over two decades of experience, he co-founded Everest Realty Group, which in 2011 affiliated with global leader CENTURY 21. In just six years the company has grown from a handful of agents to nearly 500. The Midvale office of CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group holds the distinction of #1 producing CENTURY 21 office in the world for units sold and commissions earned for 2014 and 2015, and #1 in the USA for the same criteria for 2013-2017. John established and operates the company with a philosophy of principles surrounding leadership and personal development. His mantra is that he owns a personal development company that happens to work with real estate sales professionals. John assisted in establishing the CENTURY 21 Everest Realty Group Foundation. He is active in numerous charitable causes including many that support U.S. Veterans.

Charlene Siemon, General Manager

Charlene Siemon has been a licensed real estate agent since 1989 and has served in an office management role with CENTURY 21 Troop Real Estate since 2005. Charlene is well respected within the real estate industry and has served in leadership capacities in numerous organizations throughout her career. In addition to various leadership positions with Conejo, Simi, Moorpark Association of Realtors, (CSMAR), Charlene has served as a Director of California Association of Realtors (CAR) from 2010 through the present. In 2016 she was appointed Vice Chair of Realtor Risk Management and Consumer Protection and continued her service in 2017 as Chairperson. Many real estate professionals within the industry look to Charlene for counsel and guidance in her areas of expertise.

As a valued member of the leadership team, Charlene's training and experience as a mediator, along with her history as one of the company's most successful managers, benefit the entire Troop organization. She has been described as one of the most focused, dedicated and caring individuals within the company. Charlene currently resides in Simi Valley where she has been a long term resident.

Karin Perry, Relocation Director

Karin started her career with Troop Real Estate in 1991 as the receptionist in the Simi Valley branch. Being the “people person” that she is, she embraced the job with enthusiasm and was asked to take on the position of Relocation Director in 2006.

Karin carefully interviews Realtors and Broker Associates in the cities clients are moving to or selling in. She then works with Relocation Directors at the assigned company to match the client’s needs and wants with the credentials and specialties of the chosen local real estate professional. Her attention to detail is critical in her position, and a solid track record of happy clients is the result of Karin’s diligent follow through with every referral.

Karin enjoys working with Troop Real Estate professionals, as well as all of the associates she meets through the relocation network. She values the relationships she has built with them through the years.

Karin and her husband enjoy spending quality time with their six children and eight grandchildren.
